Lobby

Once inside, visitors are greeted by a large, concrete-formed ticket counter inspired by ocean waves. Above, large oculus windows allow guests to view into the stingray pool above. Shadows from the swimming fish and stingrays are cast down onto the lobby floor for a unique under-the-sea experience.

Tide Pools Interactive Exhibit

The fun is just getting started! Here aquarium employees guide guests to explore and touch friendly tide pool creatures. A hand-washing station is adjacent to ensure the health of visitors and the animals.

Open Ocean Exhibit

The aquarium’s largest exhibit allows visitors to experience a panoramic view of reef drop-off. Large amphitheater steps encourage guests to sit back and enjoy the view for a while. The large painted graphic on the floor was designed to pique guests’ interest and encourage them to interact with the exploration screens.

Jelly Warp Tunnel

The grand finale is a unique experience guests are sure to have never experienced before. This massive cylindrical tank swirls Moon Jellyfish in a soothing laminar flow. Guests walk on to the glass bridge to experience 360-degree views of one of nature’s most beautiful and delicate creatures.

Visitor Brochure Map

A graphic translation of the floor plan is what guests will use to guide their way through the aquarium. A drop shadow is applied under the guest-accessible spaces to create contrast against the building’s large footprint.

Branding / Membership Cards

As part of a comprehensive branding scheme for all departments of the aquarium, the membership cards provide a striking symbol for members to proudly carry on their person. These cards grant members quick admission and generous discounts for aquarium experiences, gift shop and café purchases.
